Coming from a pre-med and research background, I’ve always harbored a curiosity about the “why” in human behavior. Combining that with my fascination with technology and love for creative problem solving brought me to user experience design — that’s the short version. How does design influence my work?
I believe design is at the core of our existance and isn’t something that’s only applied to product design. This belief fuels my love for learning and encourages me to challenge myself in applying design thinking methodologies across a variety of tech industries from B2B companies in EdTech and data integrations to B2C initiatives in healthcare and social media.
How has my work evolved?
One of my most recent growth moment occurred while working on the marketing cloud unification, which made me realize that I love thinking about entire product ecosystems and how they fit together, which results in a more holistic and comprehensive design solution.
This realization has also encouraged me to take on larger projects like designing a completely new mobile component library in both dark and light mode from scratch alongside redesigning an entire mobile app.
Do I have hobbies other than design? (Yes)
In my free time, you’ll find me playing tennis, snacking every 3 hours, or looking up inexpensive travel flights that I never buy.
